About Us		Trini Amador
		Trini brings a marriage of unique skills to every client engagement: business management, brand marketing training, sales and business development, direct marketing, licensing and marketing management. Global brands like General Electric, Philip Morris' Marlboro, Microsoft, AT&T, Yahoo!, Pepsi, Sun Microsystems, Google, Jack Daniel's, J.M. Smucker's, DuPont, Rodale, Inc. and Folger's have benefited from his counsel. His educational focus in business, leadership in Insights to Innovation, Consumer Engagement and Brand Framework consulting complements his brand, direct and entertainment marketing and high tech experience, where he has held strategic positions in sales, general management, marketing and business development. As Senior Vice President at EMM Group, Trini proved expertise at working within an organization to determine how to build programs that successfully motivate and train marketers in the adoption of marketing processes that will allow them to focus on their core objective - promote and grow their brands. He has led hundreds of brand and innovation workshops for major brands worldwide. Trini was also responsible for managing EMM Group's Center for Marketing Excellence (CME) business unit. The CME was EMM Group's training arm and marketing think-tank. Using advanced adult-learning techniques and EMM's best practice-based processes and tools, he has constructed the most comprehensive marketing training and accreditation program in the world. The CME served over 150 global companies and trained over 3500 marketers since 2003. After a 10-year career in general management at Brown and Infinity Broadcasting, he moved to Advo, Inc, a $1 billion direct marketing firm as VP, Business Development and Field Marketing. He was subsequently Vice President of a joint venture between The Left Bank Organization, a Hollywood-based artist management concern and DDB Needham Worldwide, working on the Pepsi, H&R Block, Capitol Records and Budweiser accounts among others to support performers such as The Cranberries, Stevie Nicks, Motley Crue, The Bee Gees and other platinum acts. Since 1999, Trini has been a principal in BHC Consulting with his business partner Hunter Hastings. He is co-owner of the Russian River Valley Gracianna Winery in Healdsburg, California.
		Hunter Hastings
		Hunter is a Senior Consulting Partner at BHC Consulting. On the management side, he was grounded in marketing as a brand manager at Procter and Gamble in consumer packaged goods. He has Vice President of Brand Management at SBC, the #3 brewer in the US (now part of SAB-Miller)category leading brands such as Stroh's, Old Milwaukee and Schlitz Malt Liquor. He was most recently Chief Marketing Officer in the beef division of JBS, the Brazil-based global protein company and global brandowner of the Swift brand. He has served on the boards of Emmperative and Pete's Brewing Company. His combination of client-side management and consulting experience ensures clients received innovative strategies and implementable, affordable solutions.
		Chris Charyk
		Chris Charyk's 25 year professional career has focused on strategy and marketing consulting, with a special focus on the application of innovative analytical approaches. He is a leading expert in the application of dynamic modeling approaches for marketing strategy and planning. His consulting career has included major global engagements for a wide variety of market leaders across a broad range of industries, including CPG, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, and Information Technology and Services. As a partner with the leading marketing measurement consultancy MarketingNPV, Chris drove the design and execution of customized, best in class marketing metrics programs for senior marketing leadership at General Electric, Fidelity Investments, and other Fortune 500 companies. Before joining MarketingNPV, Chris was the Executive Director of Client Services for Integration, creators of Market ContactAudit (MCA), an industry leading brand communications assessment program. Prior to his tenure at Integration, Chris led the Marketing Accountability practice at EMM Group. In conjunction with the Association of National Advertisers, the Advertising Research Foundation, and other major marketing organizations, Chris has developed and taught numerous workshops in marketing metrics, analytics, and strategic planning. Chris is an MBA graduate in Marketing and Information Technology from Columbia University, and holds a B.A., Honors, from Brown University.
